Honestly, I don't know what it is. It also appears to be never installed. Please have patience with me because i've done little work Jaguars in the past.
I pack each item as if it is the holy grail but accidents do happen from time. At least 85 of these parts are classic Jaguar mainly from the 1960's.
I don't have the original box anymore or paperwork neither.
These all came from the same original owner enthusiast who took amazing care of collection. The original owner didn't hoard broken parts. Shipping is based solely on dimensions of packed item buyers zip code.
He had the room and money buy them, so why not. Both of these parts are vintage and most likely from the 1960s but possibly 1986 at very latest.
My photos are an accurate depiction of this items true condition. This is a original Lucas illuminated hazard pull switch which part 155 sa. Both parts are at least 90 immaculate.
He just had so many doubles and back-ups that simply never used. The shorter amount of time it is in postal system, better chance will arrive safely. Many of the items I sell are vintage, so it is sometimes impractical to describe every flaw and imperfection, but will try give most accurate can. Overall and especially for being 30 years old, this hazard switch is in excellent condition.
I think that is only fair. There are a couple very small sections on the black metal framing with little surface wear but that is simply shelf from being in storage for decades.
For what its worth, every one of the many jag parts i've sold from this collection that were untested have indeed been problem free. The original owner I got these from is temporarily incommunicado. Please test it and if there is any issue I will take back in a reasonable amount of time 1 month. I am learning as go about Jaguars specifically.
Technically, I can't call this new old stock although it has not been installed before though. I am totally against profiting on shipping. Its obvious by the vast majority of part it was never in contact with other metal or you would see more scrapes etc.
I am sure my photos will best further describe this item. I highly suggest you choose expedited shipping on fragile items.
Due to a personal issue, he was forced clean-out everything which I am assisting him with.
The owner felt a strong need to have many doubles and back-up parts snagged any great deal that came his way.
But, it was in the same storage box as Lucas switch so i'm just including. You'll notice in the photo, I have another electrical part alongside of it.
Item: unused Lucas part note: i'm a picker who normally concentrates on advertising automobile vinyl records and basically all kinds man-toques. I apologize for the wide range but simply can't date this specific part at moment. Yes, it is untested but I see no reason why should't work flawlessly.
There are many oem English factory parts, nos, nib, Lucas, smiths, etc.
