Available here is a driver door switch panel for 1968 Eldorado, including the trim plate, power window switches, lock and emergency. Oddly this P/N does not appear in the parts catalog, for I have tested vacuum lock switch.

Cosmetically, it is complete but everything needs a good polishing and cleaning. Functionally, all of the electrical switches appear to work, when measured with a multi meter.
