Many are nos, and some are used. It also has a tag attached that reads OK, that I assume means that it works. Happy buying. There are some parts for scouts and quite a few for the larger trucks.

I have no way of testing this, so I can not say for sure if it does work. Most of the nos parts are in their original packaging but some may have been opened. This item is being offered as is and with no warranty.

It has the numbers on the bottom plate along with the number sae qqc85 on the top casing. Some of the packaging is a little beat up from being in storage. It has been in storage for many years, but still looks to be in good, usable condition.
