The original box is in good condition. According to my Motorcraft catalog, this is used on the following model's and years: Ford. Up for buy-it-now is a new old stock door jam switch and wiring assembly, Ford part number d4az c.

Full size, 1974, 1975, 1976 the switch and knob assembly are in brand new, never used condition free of any dents or damage. Please feel free to e-mail me questions. This item was obtained from an old service garage and is not a newly remanufactured part.
